RS 32:125
Louisiana State Law requires that you must "yield
the right-of-way" and "immediately drive to a
position parallel to, and as close as possible to,
the right-hand edge or curb of the highway..."
Effective Oct. 12th 2015, our fire rating improved to a 5. Property Insurance Association of Louisiana, the organization that rates fire departments in our area, has completed a rating on us and our results were good. We lowered our rating from a 6 to a 5. Most insurance companies will automatically put the new rating in place. It is recommended to call them and confirm. If we can assist you with documentation for this please contact us.
