Allen Parish Fire District 3   Truck's and Bridges don't mix!  The driver was not injured.  When asked if he was alright?  He replied "I don't want to be here!"
Allen Parish Fire District 3   The "camp out"  After a wreck involving a chip truck, we were on scene for over 13 hours blocking traffic, and assisting in the clean up and removal of the mess it made.  A couple hundred feet of guardrail was demolished by the big rig and scattered out blocking the two lane highway requiring DOTD to send a crew out in the middle of the night.
Allen Parish Fire District 3   We do a lot more than just fight fires, during weather emergencies we also serve as a food and water distribution location.  During the most recent storms, Ike and gustov, our volunteers spent 13 days passing out supplies, clearing roads and checking on elderly.
